Death Valley National Park
Zabriskie Point
Might as well
Zabriskie Point is one of Death Valley’s most popular overlooks. Just off the 190 on the back side of Badwater Basin is this Mars looking terrain. If you’re in the area, make a quick stop and have a look or take the Badlands Loop Trail (Pro-tip: do it clockwise).
Just like I usually say, the easier the accessibility, the more people. Zabriskie can get crazy crowded so if you’re going for sunset (which i strongly advise against), get there early and claim a spot. For all the details, check out our FULL BLOG POST HERE.

Pros:
It’s a pretty viewpoint at the right time of day.
Cons:
It is a very busy location. Photographers set up for sunrise and sunset, taking over the whole viewing platform.
