Oahu

By far the most populated island with over one million inhabitants, 2/3 of all Hawaii residents live on the island of Oahu. While Honolulu is as bustling as any urban area, much of Oahu is still wild. If five star restaurants and nightlife aren’t your thing, head to the other side of the island for beautiful hikes, amazing beaches, and some of the best surfing the world has to offer.
